How we publish sponsored content
Readers trust our outlets because we are transparent. These rules protect them, and they protect your brand.
1. Disclosure
Every paid article, press release, interview, banner or newsletter slot is clearly labelled as sponsored or advertising. We follow the UK CAP Code, the Swiss and Italian rules on advertising transparency and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.
2. Editorial control
Our editors write or edit every piece for clarity, accuracy and readability. The client approves the final text before publication. We may refuse or edit claims we cannot verify.
3. What we do not publish
Promises of investment returns; financial promotions that do not comply with applicable rules (including crypto-asset promotions in the UK); gambling; adult content; weapons; political advertising; content that is defamatory, discriminatory or misleading; content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Links
Sponsored links are marked according to search engine guidelines. Articles stay online permanently unless the law requires otherwise or the client asks for removal.
5. Corrections
If a published fact is wrong we correct it promptly. Write to us through the contact form.
6. Independence
Sponsorship never buys coverage in our independent news articles. Sponsored content and editorial content stay separate.
