What we collect
Data you send us through forms, orders and WhatsApp (name, company, email, phone, website, brief); billing data; technical data needed to run the website securely. Card payments are processed by Stripe: we do not receive card numbers.
Why
To answer requests and deliver orders (contract); to send newsletters you asked for (consent); to keep the site secure and keep accounting records (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
How long
Order and accounting data: as long as the law requires. Requests: up to 24 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the Swiss FADP. You can also complain to the ICO (UK), your national authority in the EU or the FDPIC in Switzerland.
