This website, codice.co.uk, is the commercial portal of the network. It sells publishing and advertising services and digital services for businesses (websites, e-commerce, AI marketing). It is not itself a news publication.
3. Editorial responsibility
Codice Ltd is responsible for what it publishes. Every article goes through an editor before it goes live, including sponsored and partner content. How we work, how we label paid content and how we handle corrections is set out in our Editorial policy.
Opinions in signed articles belong to their authors. They do not necessarily reflect the position of Codice Ltd.
4. Hosting
This website and the network outlets are hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, on servers located in its Beauharnois (Quebec, Canada) data centre. Canada is recognised by the UK and the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection.
5. Copyright and reuse
All content on this website and on the outlets listed above – texts, images, graphics, logos, layouts, databases and software – is protected by copyright and related rights. It belongs to Codice Ltd or to the authors and licensors who granted us permission.
You may:
- read, print and save content for your own personal, non-commercial use;
- quote short extracts, with a clear credit and a link to the original article;
- share links to our pages on social media and by email.
Anything else needs our written permission. This includes republishing full articles, systematic copying, scraping, building databases from our content and commercial reuse. For licensing and syndication, write to redazione@codice.co.uk.
6. Text and data mining and AI training
Rights reserved. Codice Ltd expressly reserves all rights to use the content of this website and of its outlets for text and data mining, including for training, fine-tuning or grounding artificial intelligence models, under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790, Article 70-quater of the Italian Copyright Law and all equivalent laws.
The reservation is expressed in machine-readable form through the tdm-reservation meta tag (TDMRep protocol) on our pages. It does not apply to scientific research covered by Article 3 of the Directive. It does not stop search engines and AI answer services from reading our pages in order to show, quote and link to them with attribution: we want our articles to be found and cited.
We license our archive to AI and data companies on fair terms. Contact us at redazione@codice.co.uk.
7. Trademarks
CODICE, CodiceItalia, Zug24, BRICS24, 3LNews and Vegan24 and their logos are names and marks used by Codice Ltd. Nation Continuity is a trademark of Lutin IP Ltd, used under licence. Other names and logos belong to their owners. Their use on our pages does not imply endorsement.
8. External links
Our articles and pages link to third-party websites. We check links when we publish them, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links in sponsored content carry the rel="sponsored" attribute.
9. Reporting illegal content
If you believe that content on our websites is illegal, infringes your rights (for example copyright, privacy or reputation) or breaches our editorial policy, write to redazione@codice.co.uk with the subject “Legal notice” and include:
- the exact URL of the content;
- why you believe it is illegal or infringing;
- your name and email address (not needed for reports of child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
We confirm receipt, review every report promptly and tell you what we decided and why. Requests for correction or reply are handled under our corrections policy.
